Order Processing

All orders are processed within 8–20 business days. During peak times, processing may take up to 30 business days. international orders up to 50 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
By purchasing, you agree to the stated processing and fulfillment timeframe of up to 50 business days.

 

Each model is made to order and carefully crafted by hand. While my products are 3D printed, the process doesn’t stop when the printer finishes. Every piece goes through additional hands-on work, including assembly, inspection, and finishing touches to ensure it meets my quality standards.

I take pride in making sure every model that leaves my shop is something I’d be proud to own myself. Because of this attention to detail, orders typically require 10–20 business days to complete before shipping.

This processing time allows me to:

  • Assemble and refine each model properly
  • Check for defects or imperfections
  • Ensure consistency and durability
  • Maintain the highest overall quality

I truly appreciate your patience and support—it allows me to continue creating detailed, high-quality models rather than rushing out mass-produced items.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

PrintHive3D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. PrintHive3D is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Delays

PrintHive3D is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will, however, do our best to assist in resolving any shipping-related issues that may occur.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
